At Service-Forge, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at contact@service-forge.com , including your order number and a short explanation of your request. Our team will review your submission and get back to you promptly. Please note that refunds apply only to products or services that have not been used or activated. Additional fees such as shipping, handling, or custom orders are non-refundable.

    All refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Q.Am I eligible for a refund if I’ve already used the product?

    We do not issue refunds for products that have already been used.
